User – a person using the services of biibaa;
Registered user – a person using the services of biibaa who has signed up as user of biibaa and received a user account from biibaa;
Recipient – a person to whom a user or a registered user by the agency of biibaa sends the content offered by biibaa;
Order – use of the services of biibaa by a user or registered user.

2. Signing up as a registered user
2.1. For gaining the status of a registered user you have to fill in the registration form and specify your e-mail and password. The e-mail will be required thereinafter for logging in as a registered user.

3. Registered user’s rights, liability and responsibility
3.1. Registered user has the right to submit orders, use the biibaa web page according to the terms of use, submit queries, change the data submitted upon signing up as a registered user.

3.2. Registered user has the right to close his/her user account.

3.3. Registered user bears responsibility for all access to biibaa web page occurring under his/her user account, username (e-mail) and password, and that the present terms are observed upon use. Registered user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her password.

3.4. Registered user is responsible for using the web page of biibaa only for lawful purposes that observe good practice.

3.5. Registered user accepts full responsibility for damages to biibaa, other users or third parties, arising from the use of the web page in violation of the present terms, the law or the good practice.

4. User’s rights, liability and responsibility

5. biibaa’s rights, liability and responsibility

6. Ordering
6.1. When submitting an order, the user and/or registered user will fill in the mandatory fields for submitting an order on the web page.

6.2. biibaa will launch the delivery of the services/products specified in the order to the Recipient immediately when the order has been paid for.

7. Restrictions to using biibaa’s web page
7.1. It is forbidden to use biibaa’s web page for performing an act that is contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the good morals and practices, or indecent or otherwise improper, or for encouraging such.

7.2. In case of orders that enable transmit textual data to the Recipient, it is forbidden to:
- send spam;
- send hostile messages;
- encourage brutality, physical or psychological harassment and illegal activities;
- send promotional materials and unauthorised advertising.

8. Intellectual property protection
8.1. The total content of biibaa’s web page and its copyrights belong to biibaa or the person who created it and are protected by legislation that regulates the protection of intellectual property.

Solving of disputes concerning these terms will be pursued by way of negotiations. The User can protect its rights by way of recourse to the court as provided in the laws of the Republic of Estonia
